This page covers the QbAI website and waitlist. We'll publish a full policy for the AI Cube Assistant before it ships.

How the AI Cube Assistant handles what you say

The cube listens for its wake phrase, “Hey QB,” and sends nothing until it hears it. When you ask something, our cloud turns your speech into text, passes it to the AI assistant you chose, and speaks the answer back. We don’t store recordings or transcripts of your conversations; they exist only while your request is being answered. The assistant you choose handles your request under its own provider’s terms, and we pick provider options that keep and use as little as possible.

Memory is opt-in: the cube remembers only what you explicitly ask it to, and you can see and delete everything it remembers.

What the waitlist collects

When you join the waitlist we keep your email address, when you signed up and confirmed, and which page or link brought you here. That's all. The site uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers.

How we use it

We use your address only to email you about QbAI: a confirmation, a welcome, and news such as early units and preorders. We don't sell it, rent it or share it with advertisers.

Who processes it

The list is stored in Amazon Web Services in the United States, and our emails are sent through Amazon Simple Email Service.

Your choices

Every email has an unsubscribe link that takes effect right away. To have your address deleted entirely, or to ask what we hold about you, email hello@qbaicloud.com.
